We’re building a culture of leadership that is evergreen, creative, and sustainable — a model that moves beyond fixing and hierarchy, into curiosity, connection, and collective growth.
Since our first facilitator training in 2021, the Nurture Map has continued to evolve — finding its way into schools, workplaces, and communities.
Now, in 2025, we’re stepping into a new chapter: an evergreen, choose-your-own-journey experience that invites you to root, grow, and bloom at your own pace — in your own time.

The Nurture Map Academy is an ongoing training and mentoring space for people ready to do things differently — for those who want to guide, facilitate, or hold space in a way that’s rooted in care, creativity, and community.
Whether you’re a mentor, coach, therapist, wellbeing practitioner, or someone working closely with people every day (from hairdressers to yoga teachers, from social workers to artists, from educators to corporate teams), this is for you.
It’s not about becoming a counsellor or therapist — it’s about becoming the kind of leader who helps others get the best out of themselves, for themselves.

Root
Your Own Nurture Map Journey
You begin by journeying through your own Nurture Map — exploring your personal wellbeing, values, and rhythms.
You’ll learn how to curate your wellbeing creatively and practically, through journaling, movement, nature, and art.
This phase grounds you. It teaches you to hold space for yourself before you hold it for others.
Includes: The Compass Course – guiding you step-by-step through the creation of your Nurture Map.
Grow
Facilitating for Others
Once rooted in your own map, you’ll learn to facilitate others — in 1:1, group, and community settings.
You’ll explore trauma-informed approaches, inclusivity, and presence — creating spaces where others can find their own path.
You’ll practice being a mirror, not a mapmaker — helping others uncover their own direction, not walking it for them.
Includes: Mentoring support, community practice, and co-facilitation opportunities.
Bloom
Embodying Your Own Way of Leading
In this phase, you’ll grow into your own authentic way of leading.
You’ll learn to guide without hierarchy — centring others’ stories, holding space for their growth, and trusting emergence.
Leadership here means creating conditions for others to thrive, not directing their outcomes.
Includes: Leadership mentoring, creative project incubation, and community collaboration.

The Academy is evergreen — meaning you can begin at any time and study at your own pace, with a minimum 12-month journey recommended for full integration.
